Craig H. Hansen

President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Hansen has been our President and its predecessor company, Zargon Energy Trust since 1993. Mr. Hansen obtained a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta in 1978 and is a professional engineer registered with APEGGA. Mr. Hansen was employed with Dome Petroleum Ltd. (1978-1980) and NRG Engineering Ltd. (1980-1984). He founded C.H. Hansen Engineering Ltd., an engineering consulting company, which provided reservoir, exploitation, and acquisition engineering services during the period 1984 through 1993.
Mr. Hansen is a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP) where he serves as the Chair of the Fiscal Executive Policy Group and the Audit Committee.
C.L. (Chuck) Buckley

Vice President, Geosciences
Mr. Buckley joined Zargon as Vice President, Geosciences in 2010. Prior to joining Zargon he was Vice President, Exploration at Highpine Oil & Gas Ltd, Kick Energy Corporation, Post Energy Corporation, and Dominion Explorers Inc. Before that he was a Petroleum Geologist at Rife Resources Ltd. and Amoco Canada Petroleum. Mr. Buckley holds a B.Sc. (Honours Applied Earth Sciences - Co-operative Program) from the University of Waterloo. He is a Professional Geologist registered with APEGA, and is a member of the CSPG, CWLS, and AAPG.
R.J. (Randy) Doetzel

Vice President, Operations
Randy Doetzel joined Zargon in 2009 as Production Manger, Williston Basin and was appointed to Vice President, Operations in 2011. Prior to joining Zargon, he held various executive, management and engineering positions at Cobalt Energy, Harvest Operations, Apache Canada, and Samson Canada. Randy has both domestic and international field experience during his time with NEFT Services (Russia) and Norcen Energy.
Randy graduated from the University of Alberta in 1988 with a B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering (with Distinction) and is a professional engineer registered with APEGGA.
Jason B. Dranchuk

Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Jason Dranchuk graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a bachelor of Commerce degree in 1993 and received his Certified Management Accountant designation in 1995 and his Chartered Accountant designation in 1997. Prior to joining Zargon in June 2002, he was Controller for Enserco Energy Service Company Inc. and Calfrac Well Service Inc. He also worked in public accounting practice with Ernst & Young in Calgary and with Orr & Company in Saskatoon.
Brian G. Kergan

Vice President, Corporate Development
Brian Kergan joined Zargon in 2007 as Vice President, Corporate Development and Reserves. Prior to joining Zargon, he held a business development role with West Energy Ltd, and before that held various engineering and management positions with Anderson Exploration from 1992 to 2001 and Devon Canada from 2001 to 2004. Mr. Kergan has held reservoir engineering positions with D&S Consultants and earlier with Imperial Oil in Calgary. He graduated from the University of Waterloo with a degree in Chemical Engineering in 1978, and is a professional engineer registered with APEGGA and a member of SPE.
Kevin C.Y. Lee

Vice President, Alberta Plains North
Kevin Lee joined Zargon in 2009 as Vice President, Alberta Plains North. Mr. Lee graduated from the University of British Columbia with a degree in Metals and Materials Engineering in 1991, and is a professional engineer registered with APEGGA. Prior to joining Zargon, he was Vice President of Engineering at Trafalgar Energy, and before that he was Vice President of Engineering at Luke Energy. Mr. Lee has also held management and engineering positions with Encana, Star Oil and Gas, and Amoco Canada.
Robert T. Moriyama

Vice President, Enhanced Recovery
Robert Moriyama joined Zargon in 2011 as Vice President, Enhanced Recovery. Prior to joining Zargon, he held various management and reservoir & exploitation engineering roles with Legacy Oil & Gas, Canera Resources, Pengrowth Corporation and Imperial Oil.
Robert graduated from the University of Calgary in 1984 with a B.Sc. in chemical engineering, and is a professional engineer registered with APEGGA.
